The Brad Conner Memorial Golf Tournament
Our goal is to raise enough money to ensure a scholarship can be awarded in Brad’s name for years to come. The Brad Conner Memorial Scholarship is a tribute to Brad’s life and a reminder to all of us that freedom does not come free. Brad gave his life so we all can enjoy the freedoms we all cherish in our lives. If you can help in anyway, please let us know. There are several opportunities that you have to help contribute.

Golf Tournament:
Our 2008 golf tournament and auction has been set for July 20th. We are looking for hole sponsors for this event and items for the auction. Please see the gold information below for ways to help with this.
The first annual Brad Conner Memorial Golf Tournament was a huge success thank in part to a very supportive local community and a great day for golf. Friends and family paid tribute to Sergeant Major Brad Conner for his service to our country.
Over 60 golfers took to the sunny course at Big Creek near Kellogg for a day of golf and sharing memories. The course was littered with pink sponsor signs from local businesses and friends with their name’s on them showing their support for the local hero who was killed in Iraq.
Each sponsor paid $200.00 for a sign and over 50 signs where spread out over the course. A steak dinner and both a silent and live auction followed which was attended by many friends, family and members of the military community. The money raised will go into the scholarship fund.
We have set a date for the 2008 event at Big Creek for Sunday, July 20th with a morning start and a BBQ lunch to follow. Along with the golf tournament, there will be games and contest for kids this year in hopes that this will be a family event. More details on the golf tournament will be available in the near future.
